About BE / B Arch Entrance Course Briefing

 

In IOE and TU affiliated colleges, student must be appeared in tough entrance examination. The entrance examination 

for admission in BE/B arch programs is as per the given curriculum of the following subjects:

 

1. Physics (Based on the curriculum of HSEB / I.Sc.)

2. Chemistry (Based on the curriculum of HSEB / I.Sc.)

3. Mathematics (Based on the curriculum of HSEB / I.Sc.)

4. English (Based on the curriculum of HSEB / I.Sc)

5. Basic Concept of Drawing (Based on curriculum of Engineering Drawing from Diploma Engineering)

6. Aptitude Test (Specially given curriculum, only for the students who are interested to study B Architecture)

Other Universities/College have their own criteria and subject matters (described in the following pages).

 

Course Duration

 

These course durations are for long term classes which are to be started from the Last week of Kartik. Otherwise, course duration is on the hourly basis of course complete package. The students of long term classes are requested to appear in series of weekly model test exams conducted by Kanchanjanga Educational institute (KEI) even after finishing the course and up to the time of IOE entrance exam. Also, Kanchanjanga Educational Institute (KEI) takes students for model test exams in different engineering colleges. Kanchanjanga Educational Institute (KEI) offers short term Compaq package (rapid) course of about 2.5 months for the students coming immediately after appearing their +2 examinations.
